  • Harmless Disposal of Hazardous Waste

Harmless disposal of hazardous waste is the process of eliminating pollution properties of hazardous waste. Through incineration, curing and landfill, and physiochemical treatments of hazardous waste with high calorific value, CEP reduces the volume of hazardous waste, completely changes its form or completely separates it from the environment to avoid harm to the environment. At present, CEP has a harmless disposal capacity of 440,000 tons of hazardous waste per year.

  • Comprehensive utilization of hazardous waste resources

For hazardous waste with recycling value such as sludge, waste residue, waste mineral oil and waste organic solvent that contain precious metals, CEP recycles it for comprehensive utilization by means of core technologies such as pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy, liquid distillation and gas extraction, and extracts anode coppers, mattes, nickel mattes and other organic solution, so that it turns the hazardous waste that would have caused harm to the environment into treasure, and contributes to the economic development and social progress in turn.

  • Packaging and transportation of hazardous waste

Only after passing the strict audit of the relevant functional departments of the state and having the corresponding facilities and equipment to ensure the safe transportation of hazardous waste, can the transportation of hazardous waste be qualified. At present, the transport company under CEP owns more than 10 hazardous waste transport vehicles for various specifications, which can transport XX tons of hazardous waste every year. As the terminals of IHWS, all hazardous waste transport vehicles are equipped with GPS real-time monitoring systems and linked to the government monitoring platform for whole-process monitoring.Only after passing the strict audit of the relevant functional departments of the state and having the corresponding facilities and equipment to ensure the safe transportation of hazardous waste, can the transportation of hazardous waste be qualified. • Testing and technical services of hazardous waste

The testing and technical services of hazardous waste is the premise of good management and scientific disposal of hazardous waste. The professional technical service, a third party under CEP, focuses on multi-directional services including identification of hazardous waste, environmental testing, environmental monitoring, research and development of standards, and consultation about inspection and testing technologies. It has passed the qualification identification of CMA inspection and testing institution, with its inspection and testing capacity covering 253 items among seven major categories in the field of environmental monitoring, which is in the leading level in the field of hazardous waste, environmental protection and environmental technical services.

  • Informationization service of hazardous waste management

With the frequent occurrence of environmental accidents, great importance has been attached to environmental governance from the central government to the ministries. The Ministry of Environmental Protection has proposed that big data, “Internet plus” and other information technologies should become important means to modernize the environmental governance system and governance capacity.

Based on this, CEP takes the lead in taking WIMS as the basic system and independently developing IHWS based on advanced technologies such as Internet of Things, Internet of Vehicles, big data, artificial intelligence and industrial automation.

This system realizes the whole-process informationization management of hazardous waste from the generation and storage of waste production enterprises, to the collection and disposal of disposal enterprises, as well as the information acquisition and supervision of regulatory authorities, thus truly realizing the visual, full-life-cycle management of hazardous waste from “cradle” to “grave”.
